Active Living 101 is an introductory class to the Exercise & Active Living program.
Some of the topics covered in this class are: learning about the effects of inactivity, discussing proper standing and sitting mechanics, physical activity guidelines and SMART goal setting. After completing the class, you will have the option to book an individual appointment with the kinesiologist.
