Referral Coordinator / Specialist Navigator – Temp until January 31, 2026
Join our team as a Specialist Navigator for a temporary role until January 31, 2026! In this position, you will contribute to patient care by scheduling specialist appointments and prioritizing urgent referrals when necessary. Our Navigators ensure patients receive timely care from the appropriate healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for referring to specialists, tracking and following up with their offices, and informing patients of their appointments and any necessary preparations.
Psychiatrist – Expression of Interest
We are seeking psychiatrists to provide consultation services for our specialty linkage program on a full-time, part-time and casual basis. We cover EMR licencing and administration costs, and provide free access to EOPCN central clinic space/consult rooms, access to our scheduling team for booking patients, reception team and referral management support.
