Getting Started

Depending on your needs, you may meet with a dietitian for one-on-one nutritional counselling, or start with our introductory nutrition class, Healthy Eating 101, and go from there.

Who is Eligible?

To access our nutrition services, your family physician must be part of our PCN. Our Healthy Eating 101 class is open to everyone.

Need to find a doctor? Go to our FIND A DOCTOR page to see clinics accepting new patients.

How to Access Our Nutritional Services

For individual nutrition counselling, you need a referral from your family doctor. If you are already seeing one of our PCN clinicians (kinesiologist, nurse, therapist) they can also facilitate a referral.

For nutrition classes, you can self-refer. Our goal is helping you reach your goal.
