Poor quality diets are characterized by higher levels of fat, sugar, processed foods, and red meats. They negatively impact our health and compromise environmental sustainability. Although vegetarian diets are the most effective at reducing one’s carbon footprint, we can make a significant impact by switching from red meat to fish and poultry.
