Need support? We can help.

People need support for many reasons – sadness, anxiety, depression, constant irritability, or difficulty coping with life’s challenges. Stress from school or work, financial concerns, or relationship issues can be overwhelming. Feeling stuck or struggling to find joy from daily activities can be common. While everyone may feel down or lonely at times, if these feelings persist, you may need some support.

Getting you the right care, at the right time.

Mental health support is not a one-size-fits-all solution. After speaking with a social worker who will determine what your needs are, you might:

  • get support from a behavioural health consultant,
  • see a mental health therapist,
  • attend a group workshop, or
  • access other community resources.

Social Work Navigators

Our social workers offer support, refer you to other community services and help you navigate the system. They provide specialized assistance for links to city programs and services such as: disability claims, income support, AISH, unemployment claims, community mental health services and more.

Behavioural Health Consultants

Behavioural Health Consultants (BHCs) can help you when your habits, thoughts, behaviours, emotions (or any combination of these) impact your daily life or overall health. They’ll meet with you and help create a plan that works for you to reach your goals.

Mental Health Therapist

During one-on-one sessions with our therapists, they’ll listen, get a better understanding of your needs, help you set goals and work together to overcome challenges.

How to Access Our Services

To access one-on-one mental health services, your family physician must be a member of our PCN, and a referral is required. Once the referral is received, our team will contact you.
